Thank you so much for choosing Journee Bug’s Creations! Before placing your order, please read the following carefully to ensure a smooth and successful experience:

📌 Order Accuracy & Payment

Please review all order details carefully before submitting payment. This includes checking spelling, colors, dates, and any personalization requests.

  • Full payment is required upfront before production begins.

  • Turnaround time officially begins once your payment is received.

  • Delays in submitting necessary information or approvals may result in a longer processing time.

📦 Digital vs. Physical Products

Depending on the type of order:

  • Digital products (such as templates or graphics) will be delivered via email to the address you provide at checkout.

  • Physical products will be available via:

    • Local pickup (where applicable)

    • Local delivery

    • Or shipping (tracking will be provided when available.)

❗ All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of every product, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is in production.

  • Digital files include up to two (2) minor revisions after delivery, if needed.

  • Physical items cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
