Welcome to Journee Bug’s Creations! By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

  • This website is operated by Journee Bug’s Creations. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business owner(s).

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. Order Process & Turnaround

  • Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

  • Turnaround time begins once full payment and all required customization details are received.

  • You are responsible for reviewing all product details, spellings, colors, and notes before submitting your order.

3. Product Types

  • Digital products will be sent via email to the address provided at checkout.

  • Physical products will be delivered through local pickup, local drop-off, or shipping.

  • Tracking will be provided when applicable.

4. Returns, Refunds & Revisions

  • All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.

  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted after production begins.

  • Digital files may include up to two (2) minor edits within 3 days of delivery.

5. Shipping

  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses once a package has been shipped and tracking has been issued.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, graphics, and content are the property of Journee Bug’s Creations and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission.
