Thank you for shopping with Journee Bug’s Creations! We're committed to delivering your custom orders with care and clarity. Please read below for details on how shipping works.

📍 Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Local Pickup (in Albany, GA or as arranged)

  • Local Delivery (available within a specified radius)

  • Standard U.S. Shipping (USPS or UPS – rates calculated at checkout)

📦 Processing & Turnaround

  • Turnaround time begins once full payment and all necessary details are received.

  • Orders are processed based on item type and complexity. Most physical orders ship within 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee and must be pre-approved.

📮 Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info.

  • Please note: Journee Bug’s Creations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they leave our hands. If there is an issue in transit, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.

📬 Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • If an item is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees will apply for resending.

🌍 Currently Shipping Within the U.S. Only

We do not ship internationally at this time.
